The Canada Arab Business Council is Canada’s only not-for-profit association focused exclusively on promoting trade and investment between Canada and the Arab world.
Since 1983, the Council has been the principal advocate for, and the driving force behind, Canada’s growing economic relations with Arab countries in the Middle East and North Africa region. We also work with Arab governments to promote economic relations with Canada.
As we enter springtime in Canada, there is a renewed feeling of optimism as the world finds itself in a much more positive position, with the worst waves of covid hopefully behind us. Restrictions are being lifted, international travel is becoming easier, and people are anxious to get back on the road to recovery.
Our thoughts are with the people in Ukraine. We are keeping the country close to our hearts and hope the unwarranted invasion will come to a peaceful end very soon.
Over the coming weeks and months, CABC will be hosting country and sector webinars, and various other events virtually and in person. Inbound and outbound missions are planned which will further enhance and deepen relations between Canada and the Arab world.
CABC is working on expanding our membership and bringing added value, connecting Canadian companies and expertise with the abundant opportunities in the MENA region. As always, your suggestions and input are welcomed to help assist in our organizational growth.
